Acceptance of Terms

Your access to or use of any wisezone Store service constitutes your agreement to comply with these Terms of Service together with all federal, state, and local statutes and regulations that apply to you. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using any wisezone Store offering. Any individual who accesses the service on behalf of a company or other organization confirms that they hold the authority to commit that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You commit to using wisezone Store's services exclusively for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes unless wisezone Store has granted you explicit written authorization to do otherwise. The following conduct is prohibited:

Product Information and Pricing

wisezone Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error occur in product information, pricing, or availability, we retain the right to rectify that error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no expense to you. For items that carry natural variability (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance compared with the listed specifications may arise. Product information and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; wisezone Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order remains contingent on product availability and acceptance by wisezone Store. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment must be received before an order is dispatched or collected, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your chosen delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement to purchase such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be required at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content on wisezone Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "wisezone Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to wisezone Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any wisezone Store content without our explicit written consent. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) submitted to our platforms may be used by wisezone Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You bear responsibility for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You must inform wisezone Store promptly of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are likewise responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. Limitation of Liability

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of wisezone Store's services shall first be submitted to wisezone Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

wisezone Store may update, modify, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time at our discretion. Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to the address linked to your account, or by a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using wisezone Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
